Open Alpha Cohort 8 presents its Fall 2023 game, Boo's There?!

In Boo’s There? Players find themselves amidst a Halloween night that’s more than just pretend. This Halloween, monsters have managed to slip in undetected amongst regular trick or treaters, threatening to take over the neighborhood and ruin Halloween with their very real trickery. You, a monster hunter, are tasked to go undercover, giving out candy at your doorstep while secretly sniffing out and capturing the monsters that hide in plain sight.

- Encounter a wide variety of characters, both child and monster, with their own unique personalities, and interrogate them to determine whether they’re really scary, or just scarily real. 

- Once a monster is caught in the act, deliver their weakness, then cage them to take them off the streets for good. 

- But don’t get too hasty! Parents would be mad with you if you gave their child an item meant for a monster, right? And that’s the least of your worries. If you aren’t on top of the clock, you’ll run out of time and the monsters will rule the night! 

- Use a variety of monster hunting tools to seek out irregularities, such as your trusty flashlight, the dog bone, and the water gun to help out in a pinch. 

- But using them takes up valuable time, so use them wisely!
